The Platforms mod adds a series of wood, stone or metal ramps, platforms and frames to help improve your world. It gives you more options for aesthetically pleasing stairs and railings without relying on bulkier standard options. All you need to do is build the platformer block and add materials to the grid. Then select which type you want to craft.

Platforms can make for better and simpler bridge options with an incredible amount of customizations.

You can use the wrench tool to change the shape of each item or even just the rotation. This works especially well if you need to place a railing at a certain spot and rather than destroying the block and starting over, just rotate with the wrench.

And this mod makes for really great rail supports for mining or making more realistic roller coaster structures! Plus the frames are climbable.
