Glassential adds a variety of new glass types that have some neat features that normal glass can’t do. This mod has a standard glass block that just looks a bit cleaner than normal Minecraft glass.

It also has a glass block that emits light called Luminous glass. This will offer a more streamlined look in your homes or structures without needing torches or glowstone blocks.

There’s also dark glass that prevents light from passing through it. This makes it really easy to have mob farms in broad daylight.

Ghostly glass will allow any entity to pass through them but it seems to still prevent enemies from entering so they function as pretty great doors to keep the mobs out but without needing complex buttons and actual doors.

And theres even a redstone glass block that functions similarly to a redstone block emanating a strong redstone signal.
